Hi!!
Today I’m
going to talk about the activities I like to do in my free time, the truth is
that I like to do several activities, but today I’m going to talk about pole
sport. I met this sport by a friend of the university when was I depressed, she
thought that the sport could be of help to my state of mind.
I’m going to class
once a week for this month but next month I’m going to class twice a week,
since this sport needs constancy to be effective. I do this sport at the study Sandra
Barrios, she is an interpreter with a minor in dance and certified in pole
sport. This activity involves discipline, perseverance and enthusiasm, because
is a sport then as any other sport, you need strength and willingness to
exercise. Well, in addition to money to pay for classes and also clothing to do
so, as leggings and short t-shirt. In my opinion, I would add that needed to go
to gym or exercise at home, because it is difficult to do it on your own, then
it should be a routine to attend classes once a week.
I like doing this
activity because I’ve learned to control my body strength and to distribute the
force, for example I didn’t know that back one also has strength to be used or,
to look at different parts of my body, that all are in tune. I really enjoy
this activity because now I love my body haha
